Thomas Klasmeier has been intensively involved in precise temperature measurement and the calibration of thermometers for more than 20 years as a metrologist and engineer.
During his studies, he wrote a study paper and a diploma thesis on the calibration of thermometers, which allowed him to continuously deepen his knowledge in this field.
As an entrepreneur and managing director of the company Klasmeier, he leads a company that specializes in various aspects of temperature measurement and temperature calibration. They set up temperature calibration laboratories, operate a DAkkS-accredited calibration service and manufacture very accurate precision thermometers in their own thermometer manufactory.
For many years, he has been passing on his experiences to employees in calibration laboratories, laboratory managers, project engineers and developers in seminars focusing on temperature measurement and temperature calibration.
On his website, you will find information about his work and experiences in the fields of temperature measurement and temperature calibration. Do not hesitate to contact him if you have any questions or are interested in collaboration.
What motivates Thomas Klasmeier in metrology:
Safety: Precise temperature measurements are absolutely necessary in many areas to guarantee safety. Whether it’s ensuring that products are properly cooled or heated in the food industry, or making sure that systems in the automotive and aviation industries operate under the right temperature conditions.
Quality assurance: Especially in the production industry, be it in chemistry, pharmaceuticals or many other industrial sectors, accurate temperature measurements are essential to ensure high quality of manufactured products.
Science and research: Accuracy in temperature measurements is of utmost importance in laboratories worldwide for scientific experiments and research. He is proud to contribute to ensuring the precision of these measurements.
Education and training: By sharing his knowledge in seminars and on this website, he helps to support the next generation of engineers and metrologists. This contributes to continuous improvement and innovation in his field of expertise.
